How fast can we start?
Create a business account, pass a short compliance check, fund your balance by bank transfer and import your team from CSV. Most companies launch their first campaign the same week.
What does it cost?
There is no subscription and no per-seat licence. You pay the card nominal plus a single transparent service fee only when a card is issued. Request a proposal for exact terms for your team size.
What happens to unused gift cards?
Nothing burns. When a card expires, the unspent value is automatically recovered back to your corporate balance. If your policy allows it, employees can also convert a remaining balance into their personal PRIZENTA deposit.
How do employees receive their gifts?
Each employee receives a personal claim link by e-mail. The value is revealed only after they log in with the matching verified e-mail address — a link forwarded to someone else is useless. They then choose any gift card from the PRIZENTA catalogue.
Can we use our own branding in messages?
Yes. You publish your own message templates and visual themes, preview them with real placeholder substitution, and every campaign e-mail goes out in your style.
We are an agency — can we manage several companies?
Yes. Each client company gets its own isolated workspace with its own balance, employees and audit trail. One login can hold memberships in multiple workspaces with different roles.
